Cozynibi Hotel - NINH BINH

We recently stayed in a new hotel in a quiet area. The receptionist, managers and staff were all very welcoming and hospitable, making our stay pleasant from beginning to end. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained with disposable razors provided. The hotel offered cheap rental for scooters and bicycles to get around the local area at affordable prices.

The breakfast was more basic when there were fewer guests and no buffet was prepared. The restaurant was also a little pricey and some staff at the restaurant were not very friendly. The bathroom floor got soaked after taking a shower and the towels provided could have been bigger. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were minor issues that could have been improved.

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast and the location of the hotel is perfect, near to popular tourist spots, making it convenient to travel around. Apart from that, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, especially the rooms and bathrooms. the room had a musty smell and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The hostel had comfortable beds, clean sheets, and lockers with locks. Some rooms had nice views and the outdoor swimming pool was clean. the hostel provided good service for an interesting price.

Despite having a 24/7 reception, one guest experienced a delay in checking in at 3am and had to let themselves into an open room. the morning staff did not apologize and charged the full price.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and hospitable, greeting us with a warm smile every time. They helped us book a tour and recommended a kind driver. The room wasnice and neat, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. We couldn't believe the great facilities and service we received at such an affordable price.
